Much better than staying in a hotel. Our loft apartment was very spacious, while my sister's studio in the same building was perfect for a couple. Could have provided a change of towels mid week. 
No laundry card was given with keys, therefore could not launder towels.  Traveling with 3 children and heavy rain for two days created problems.  When contacted your offices, I was advised that i would have to go to your offices to collect one - highly inconvenient as out of the way, and didn't wish to drag children across town.
